2Tuff Forever is a celebration of our community, culture, and the underground legacy forged across the DMV and East Coast rave scene since the early 90s. We gather to honor the DJs, artists, promoters, and people who built the scene — and to celebrate those who supported the 2Tuff crew throughout our part of the journey. This event is held in memory of 2Tuff Andy, with a portion of proceeds benefiting the “*Each One, Teach One History Scholarship In Memory Of Frank Andrew Cerutti.*”
